You agree not to misuse the platform for unlawful or harmful activities.
All shared content must comply with community guidelines and laws.

Logos, branding, and content belong to ProfConnect. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

ProfConnect complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). By using this platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and secure storage of your academic and consultation information.

All personal data is used exclusively for academic and consultation services. Sensitive information (e.g., counseling notes, faculty comments) is protected through role-based access control and encrypted storage. CCC confidential notes are visible only to counselors.

You may request data review, correction, or deletion as allowed by university policy. ProfConnect enforces strict access control, secure data handling, and limited retention based on academic requirements.
